Surf’s up!
In what has become one of the most anticipated days on the Barwon calendar, a group of people supported by Scope at Shannon Park were grommets for a day at the world famous Rip Curl Pro at Bells Beach. The day was extra special because not only was the weather perfect, but it was also Mick Fanning’s final event before retirement. The keen fans were glad to be on hand to show their support.

Joel, Laura, Hayley, Tom and Cheyenne had some of the best views in the house as the event organisers made sure to provide an accessible platform from which to survey proceedings. The surfers may have had to work hard to get their hands on the trophy, but the Scope crew didn’t even have to get wet to lift it!

As always, everyone enjoyed the day and they can’t wait to get amongst it next year.
