What is Tools2Talk Now?

Tools2Talk Now is an innovative app produced by Scope. The app is an enhanced version of Tools2Talk+, featuring the key functions you know and love. Users can quickly and easily create printable communication aids with customised vocabulary and images. The app is now available on Apple iPads and Android tablet devices.

Tools2Talk Now is designed with features to allow easy customisation, including:

  • pre-designed templates for quick creation of communication boards
  • over 35,000 Tobii Dynavox Picture Communication Symbols® (PCS) and a full Compic image library (T&Cs apply)
  • use of camera roll to create customised communication aids
  • a new calendar function and extended editing features plus a voice output ‘chat’ feature to support learning

FAQs

You can choose a primary device and a secondary device to use Tools2Talk Now. You can access all app features on their primary device and will be able to log in to your secondary device to access the last board that you made.

The Tools2Talk Now app is available for a yearly subscription. You can cancel when your subscription ends. If you have any issues with use of the app during this time, or questions about your subscription, please contact us.

You can request support within the app or via our YouTube channel where you can find instruction guides and videos.

You can trial the app for 2 weeks for free, you can use 50 core words and images from your own photo gallery to make one customised communication board and one calendar. If you love it, upgrade to use Tools2Talk Now for $115 per year.

  • The previous version of the app, Tools2Talk+ is compatible with iOS versions up to 2. Once you update your iPad software past this version, unfortunately the Tools2Talk + app will no longer open.
  • Purchasing Tools2Talk Now is recommended as it is a sustainable solution, it is compatible with iOS updates and includes additional support and improved features.
