Customer Insight Committee
Help shape the future of Scope.
Are you or is someone you know living with disability?
Expressions of interest are now open to join Scope’s Customer Insight Committee.
The Committee was established to meet the challenges and explore the possibilities that the National Disability insurance Scheme (NDIS) presents. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure that the people Scope supports exercise their right to participate in decisions that affect them.
Drawing on their own lived experiences, the Committee will provide advice and recommendations on a range of topics including:
- Service delivery and planning
- Service quality
- Policies, procedures and processes
- Feedback and complaints
- Strategic direction
Applications are invited from people with disability interested in shaping the future of Scope as we prepare for the full implementation of the NDIS.
Due to a level of independence from Scope, the following groups of people are not eligible for appointment to the Committee:
- Current customers
- Parents
- Family members
- Employees
- Directors
- Committee members
- Contractors
- Suppliers
Additional eligibility criteria apply to former employees, directors and committee members.
