GoKids

The last 12 months have been busy for us at GoKids.

The GoKids team of therapists has continued to assess, prescribe and provide Mobility Aides to Children across the State for the last 12 months as well as reviewing and adjusting the equipment needs of our current clients. We continue to experience a time of change with the rollout of the NDIS and hope to increase our exposure to Children and Therapists around the state over the next 12 months. Our aim is to allow more Children with mobility needs to gain access to assessments, advice and equipment prescription which will allow them to participate in day to day activities and improve their capacity to be involved in their community.

We continue to work closely with our therapy teams within Scope, providing training and consultancy on mobility related issues.

Archie was recently fitted with a Hart Walker and for the first time. He was able to stand up and walk independently while allowing him to give Mum & Nanna a big cuddle and head home to play soccer with Dad and his big brother.
