Support Coordination

Scope’s Support Coordination service is designed to assist people with complex and multiple disabilities to identify and purchase supports and services needed to achieve their goals.

Support coordinators work with NDIS participants to achieve individual’s goals empowering them to participate more fully in their community.

The Support Coordinators will assist individuals in understanding and navigating the NDIS, linking them to appropriate services, and identify choices of supports to achieve goals in their NDIS plans.

The Communication & Inclusion Resource Centre welcomes Michelle Dunne (Team Leader), Belinda Filippis and Neil Horsburgh to our newest service of Support Coordination.

The new team of Support Coordinators will be responsible for delivering support coordination services initially in the North East Metro region as part out of the rollout of the NDIS.
