The Notice of Meeting has been mailed to all members. If you are unable to attend the meeting and you are a voting member, you are encouraged to appoint a proxy.

In line with our environmental and cost saving policies, Scope will provide the Reports of Directors and Auditors, Annual Report and other materials to members who have requested a hard copy. You may request a hard or soft copy of any of these documents by contacting the Company Secretary. Hard copies of these documents will be available at the Annual General Meeting.
